Return & Exchange
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
All sales are final once payment is received and items cannot be returned for exchange, refunds or credit. We do not offer exchanges or refunds regarding sizing issues.
In the event an item received is defective or an incorrect item has been sent to you.
Please notify us within 7 working days of receipt for local orders and 14 working days for international orders to email@example.com with the following details.
1 Your Order Number
2 Details / Faults
3 Picture of Faults
Returns must be sent back to us within 14 working days for local orders and 30 working days for international orders from the order disptached date.
Customers shall bear full responsibility in ensuring items mailed back are packed and secured properly in the original packaging.
Do take note that
1 Items must be returned to us unworned and unwashed.
2 Defective items will be exchanged with the same item if it is in stock. Otherwise, a full refund will be made.
3 The returned goods are your responsibility until they reached our office and we will not be responsible for any lost mails during this return process.
4 Sales items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
5 For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds for pierced jewelry or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality.
6 We will reimburse the return postage cost only if we had sent you a wrong/defective item.
7 Refund will be made to the original mode of payment.
8 Ark style reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges. Items mailed back without prior confirmation with us will not be entertained.
